Talibon Polytechnic College is a local college operating under the Municipal Ordinance No, 07, series of 2017. It is located in Talibon, a first class municipality in the province of Bohol.
The vision of this college is to be one of the leading Colleges that offers science, arts, and technology courses for the formation of a competent human resource for sustainable development in the province and in the country.
The mission of this College is to produce highly skilled, globally employable and top calibre graduates in the fields of BA English Language, BA Political Science, BS Agriculture, BS Accounting Information System, and BS Information Systems. Furthermore, it aims to produce quality graduates through quality instruction, research, extension services and production.
The College President, Maria Fe P. Comahig, Ph.D. as head of the institution, is assisted by the Vice President of the Academic Affairs, Marcelina A. Sales, Ph.D., who oversees the academic and co-curricular functions geared towards quality and excellence.
Fully supporting the College is the Local Government Unit with the Board of Trustees as the Policy Making Body chaired by Hon. Mayor Janette A. Garcia, Ll.B.
Fortunately, this college has been the home of 1600 enrolled students where 1599 are qualified to enjoy the Free Higher Education and 102 for the subsidy grants of Php 20,000.00 & Php 7, 500.00 per semester under the provisions of RA 10931 otherwise known as Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education, for AY 2021-2022.
